Mount Saint Vincent

Mount Saint Vincent, part of Intermountain Health, provides specialized Day Treatment and Education programs for children ages 5 through 13 in the Denver metro area. The program is specifically designed to support children navigating trauma, offering a continuum of care that integrates therapeutic interventions with individualized educational support to help students meet their unique developmental and academic goals.

The school utilizes a trauma-informed approach, employing experienced caregivers who specialize in helping children process experiences that may be difficult to verbalize. To complement traditional treatment, Mount Saint Vincent incorporates alternative therapies, including art, music, movement, and animal-assisted therapies. These creative modalities are integrated into the learning environment to foster healing and emotional regulation.

Beyond the Day Treatment program, Mount Saint Vincent offers a range of family-centered services, including community preschool, pediatric behavioral healthcare, and foster care services.
