North Region Selpa

North Region SELPA is a collaborative network dedicated to providing comprehensive special education services for children with disabilities from birth through age 22. Serving over 3,000 students across five school districts, the SELPA focuses on ensuring every child receives a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) within the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE), prioritizing inclusive educational experiences for all learners.

The organization offers a wide range of specialized programs and therapeutic services tailored to meet diverse developmental needs. Key supports include the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and social skills groups. Additionally, their Child Find activities are designed to identify and support children who may be eligible for services, including those not currently enrolled in public school.

North Region SELPA is committed to empowering families through active community engagement and parental involvement.
