North Valley School is a specialized non-public special education program serving students with significant emotional and behavioral challenges, learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, and co-occurring diagnoses in grades 2–12. The school contracts with school districts and SELPAs throughout the Redding area to provide educational services to both students in residential treatment facilities and those living at home. With just 61 students and an average class size of 15, North Valley maintains a small, individualized learning environment designed to meet complex needs.
