Pahrump Disability Outreach Program

Pahrump Disability Outreach Program is a community-focused initiative dedicated to supporting children with diverse abilities and their families. Established in 2009, the program provides a nurturing environment specifically designed to empower individuals facing unique challenges, including language-based learning disabilities and other developmental needs.

The program emphasizes holistic development through a multi-faceted approach that includes educational advocacy, tailored medical care, and therapeutic services. By focusing on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and developmental support, the organization works to ensure that each child's specific learning and physical needs are met within a supportive framework.

With a robust network of over 250 volunteers, the program maintains a low volunteer-to-participant ratio to ensure personalized attention for every child. Beyond direct support, the organization fosters community inclusion through social activities and annual events like the Back to School Drive, building strong partnerships with families in Pahrump and the surrounding areas.
