PIE: Program for Intellectual Empowerment

The Program for Intellectual Empowerment (PIE) is a community-centered organization dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals, specifically those with autism and developmental disabilities. Since 2018, PIE has provided inclusive programming designed to foster connection, self-expression, and personal growth. The organization utilizes the Neuro-semantic Language Learning Theory to enhance learning outcomes, focusing on communication skills, appropriate behaviors, and foundational academics.

PIE offers age-specific programs tailored to different developmental stages, including the Elevated Minds program for younger learners and the RISE program for high school students (ages 4 to 17). For adults aged 18 and older, the SOAR program emphasizes essential life skills and career readiness. Across all programs, a low student-teacher ratio ensures that each participant receives the personalized attention and therapeutic support necessary to thrive.

Beyond academic and developmental support, PIE fosters a strong sense of community through family partnerships and unique extracurricular activities, such as art classes and neurodiversity-celebrating community events. While tuition pricing is available upon request, the organization is committed to creating an inclusive environment where every individual can achieve their full potential.
