Post High School

Post High School is a dedicated community-based transition program within the Washington County School District, specifically designed for young adults aged 18 to 22. The program serves individuals with diverse learning profiles, including students with language-based learning disabilities and twice-exceptional (2e) learners, focusing on the critical transition from school to adulthood.

The curriculum emphasizes a holistic approach to independence, integrating career and employment training, community-based experiences, and essential adult living skills. Every student benefits from individualized education plans (IEPs) that guide their learning journey, ensuring that specialized supports-including developmental support and therapeutic services-are tailored to their unique needs.
