Segue Center

The Segue Center is dedicated to empowering neurodivergent young adults (ages 18-22) as they transition to independence. The center specializes in supporting individuals with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, OCD, anxiety, and other related challenges. By focusing on the academic, professional, home, and social spheres, Segue provides the essential tools needed for a successful transition into adulthood.

The center's programming is designed to enhance executive function and social skills through small group sessions and peer interaction. Participants benefit from a safe, supportive environment where they can share strategies and interests. Specialized offerings include personalized coaching for independent living and career development, as well as immersive programs like the College Connection Camp and Segue Getaways, which allow young adults to practice life skills in real-world settings.

With a low student-to-teacher ratio and a strong commitment to family partnerships, the Segue Center ensures each participant receives individualized attention. The center provides comprehensive developmental support, including therapeutic services and individualized education program (IEP)-aligned goals, to help neurodivergent young adults build confidence and meaningful community connections.
