Special Needs Gymnastics

Special Needs Gymnastics (SNG) provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for individuals of all ages facing various developmental challenges, including language-based learning disabilities. The program focuses on empowering athletes through tailored gymnastics instruction designed to enhance physical abilities, foster self-confidence, and build essential social skills in a supportive setting.

The program specializes in individualized instruction through private and semi-private classes, utilizing low student-to-teacher ratios to ensure each athlete receives personalized attention. Beyond gymnastics, SNG offers a holistic range of activities including cheerleading, cycling, swimming, and seasonal camps. These programs are designed to integrate therapeutic-style movement with engaging activities that support developmental progress.
