Sulam LI

Sulam Long Island is a dedicated educational program designed to support Jewish children and young adults with special needs, including those with language-based learning disabilities and other unique developmental challenges. Meeting on Sunday mornings at the Merrick Jewish Centre, the program provides a nurturing, inclusive environment where students can grow both academically and spiritually through a specialized curriculum.

The program utilizes a multi-sensory curriculum that integrates prayer, Hebrew language, and Jewish holidays through engaging, hands-on activities like music, cooking, and crafts.
