The Guild For Human Services

The Guild For Human Services provides a specialized, year-round day and residential school program for individuals ages 6 to 22. The school is specifically designed to serve students diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, including autism, as well as those managing concurrent mental health diagnoses and challenging behaviors. Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed care framework, the program focuses on positive outcomes through community-based programming and ABA principles.

To meet the complex needs of each student, The Guild offers highly individualized programming within a small staff-to-student ratio. The school integrates essential therapeutic supports directly into the student experience, including direct occupational therapy (OT), speech therapy, counseling, expressive therapies, and adapted physical education. Comprehensive medical and wellness support is also available on-site, featuring nursing, nutritionists, dental services, and psychiatry consultation.

The school's educational services are located in Concord, MA, while residential services extend to the neighboring communities of Watertown, Waltham, and Billerica. The program is nonsectarian and operates on a rolling admissions basis, providing a stable, supportive environment for students with complex learning differences and neurodiverse needs.
