Transition Services

Transition Services specializes in empowering young adults aged 14 to 22 who navigate challenges such as language-based learning disabilities or are identified as twice-exceptional (2e). The program focuses on the critical period of transitioning into adulthood, providing targeted support for students who require specialized instruction and developmental assistance to reach their full potential.
