Zumbro Education District

Zumbro Education District provides specialized educational services for students with a wide range of disabilities, including language-based learning disabilities and twice-exceptional (2e) learners. Serving individuals from birth through age 22, the district offers a continuum of care that includes Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) to build foundational skills in our youngest learners, as well as intensive support through the Futures/SUN program (Federal Setting 4) for those requiring specialized educational interventions.

The district is committed to supporting students through every stage of development, including the Transition 2 Success (T2S) program, which provides essential services beyond the traditional high school years to help young adults navigate the transition into adulthood. Programs are designed around Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), incorporating therapeutic services, developmental support, and specialized facilities to enhance the learning experience for every student.

With a focus on low student-teacher ratios and personalized attention, Zumbro Education District fosters a collaborative environment through strong partnerships with families and the local community.
