4-H Camp Overlook

Located on 30 acres on Indian Lake in the Adirondacks, 4-H Camp Overlook offers an ACA-accredited outdoor environment for children ages 6 to 17. The camp provides a variety of structured recreational programs, including outdoor education, archery, sailing, canoeing, and swimming. These activities are designed to foster skill-building and confidence in a natural, supervised setting.

For campers seeking physical challenges and sensory engagement, the camp features both high and low ropes courses. These programs, along with aquatic activities and counselor-in-training opportunities, provide diverse ways for children to engage with nature and develop social-emotional skills through hands-on learning and teamwork.

Operated by the CCE of Franklin and St. Lawrence counties, 4-H Camp Overlook is open to both 4-H members and non-members. The camp serves as a supportive community space for youth to explore new interests and build independence through organized outdoor adventures.
