ABA Social Skills Summer Camp

ABA Social Skills Summer Camp, in collaboration with Interventions Unlimited, provides a specialized day camp experience for children ages 4 to 12 who face challenges with social communication and peer relationships. Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the program focuses on teaching core strategies that help children develop and maintain meaningful friendships in a supportive, low student-to-teacher ratio environment.

The camp utilizes various social skills curricula to target specific social challenges through fun, creative, and engaging activities. Through cooperative games and team-building exercises, campers practice essential skills such as perspective-taking, emotional self-control, recognizing verbal and nonverbal social cues, conversational skills, and good sportsmanship. The program is designed to promote social interaction and language development while ensuring children have a fun summer experience.

Beyond structured skill-building, the camp incorporates exciting in-house field trips and special treats, such as visits from the ice cream truck, to keep campers engaged. Located in Oviedo, FL, this program offers a structured yet joyful setting for children to practice social navigation and build confidence with their peers.
