Birchmont: A Pierce Camp

Birchmont: A Pierce Camp is an ACA-accredited overnight camp in Wolfeboro, NH, that has focused on individual growth and character development for over sixty years. The camp provides a structured and supportive environment where campers can build lasting friendships and confidence through a wide variety of supervised activities.

The program emphasizes skill-building and personal achievement through daily instruction in tennis and waterfront activities, including swimming, sailing, and canoeing. Beyond athletics, campers can engage in diverse interests such as nature studies, arts and crafts, woodworking, ceramics, archery, and ropes courses. This variety of programming allows campers to explore new interests and develop fine motor and social skills in a nurturing setting.

Led by Greg and Laura Pierce, Birchmont offers a traditional camp experience designed to foster long-term memories and personal resilience. While the camp focuses on a broad range of recreational pursuits, the emphasis on consistent, high-quality instruction ensures that every camper has the opportunity to master new skills at their own pace.
