Camp Androscoggin

Camp Androscoggin provides a structured and supportive summer experience for boys aged 7 to 15 on a 120-acre lakeside campus in Wayne, Maine. As an ACA-accredited camp, it focuses on building a close-knit community where campers form positive relationships with trusted adults. The camp environment is designed to foster personal growth and social development through a wide range of supervised activities.

The program offers a variety of team sports, individual activities, and an extensive trip program, allowing campers to participate in all offerings or specialize in specific interests. This variety helps campers build confidence and social skills in a safe, outdoor setting. The camp operates with a dedicated staff of 75, ensuring a high level of supervision and mentorship for the 275 campers in attendance.

Campers can participate in a single 7-week session, and first-year campers have the option to enroll for a 4-week session to ease into the camp experience. While the camp is an independent, for-profit organization, its long-standing tradition since 1907 emphasizes creating a lasting sense of belonging and lifelong friendships.
