Camp Birch Trails

Camp Birch Trails is an ACA-accredited resident camp in Northern Wisconsin, operated by the Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes. Spanning 240 acres around private Lake Olivotti, the camp offers diverse lodging options, including the fully equipped Graebel Lodge and more primitive yurt and platform tent settings to accommodate different comfort and sensory needs.

The camp features structured outdoor environments, including a low ropes teambuilding course, an archery range, a nature and science center at the Oak Observatory, and a floating bog and island for exploration. Activities include canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding at the sandy beach, alongside creative arts like candle making and wood burning at Maple Lodge. For active play and peer interaction, the camp provides a Gaga pit, 9-square, and a large playfield. All programming is supervised and designed to build confidence and social skills.
