Camp Connect is a free bereavement day camp designed to support children and teens (ages 6-18) navigating the complexities of grief. The program provides a safe, compassionate space where campers can connect with peers who are also experiencing loss, helping them realize they are not alone in their journey.
The camp focuses on emotional wellness by teaching participants ways to identify and express painful emotions. Through structured activities, campers develop essential new skills to cope with loss and build resilience in a supportive, peer-led environment.
This year, Camp Connect offers two convenient locations for the Monday through Thursday sessions (8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.). Sessions are held June 25-28 in the Temple/Muhlenberg area, and August 6-9 on Route 10 between Flying Hills and Morgantown. There is no cost to attend this program.
