Camp Laurelwood

Camp Laurelwood is an ACA-accredited Jewish community overnight and day camp located on 140 wooded acres in North Madison, CT. Serving children ages 7 through 15, the camp provides a structured and supportive environment where campers can develop self-confidence and master new skills through activities like rope climbing, kayaking, and arts and crafts.

The camp features recently renovated facilities designed for comfort and accessibility, including bunks with electricity and bathrooms, a Kosher kitchen, and an air-conditioned computer/game room. The campus is equipped with diverse recreational resources, such as two swimming pools, tennis courts, sports fields, and a boating lake, offering a variety of sensory and physical engagement opportunities for campers.

Rooted in Reform Jewish values, the camp focuses on building lifelong friendships and community. With a 75-year history, Camp Laurelwood offers a safe, supervised setting for children to explore nature and social development within a vibrant, inclusive community.
