Camp Mosey Wood

Camp Mosey Wood is a Girl Scout Resident Camp located on 425 acres in the Pocono Mountains, providing an immersive outdoor experience for girls ages 5-17. As an ACA accredited facility, the camp offers a structured and safe environment where campers can engage with nature through daily swimming and boating on a private 13-acre lake, as well as hiking on miles of trails that connect to nearby Split Rock and Hickory Run State Parks.

The camp provides a wide range of sensory and physical activities designed to build confidence and teamwork, including archery, climbing walls, high ropes courses, and nature-based science programs. For girls who benefit from specialized interests, the camp offers themed programs that integrate specialized learning with traditional camp activities like arts and crafts, campfires, and teambuilding exercises.

Camp Mosey Wood offers overnight stays with program durations typically lasting one week, though 2, 3, and 4-week options are also available. Meals are prepared by camp chefs and served in a central Dining Hall, providing a consistent and communal dining experience. The camp is operated by the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania.
