Camp Summit

Camp Summit is an ACA-accredited, non-profit camp dedicated to providing barrier-free outdoor experiences for children and adults with disabilities. Serving individuals ages 6 to 99, the camp's mission focuses on promoting personal growth and fostering independence through accessible recreation in a supportive environment.

The facility features a wide variety of adaptive equipment and specialized amenities designed for accessibility, including a specially-designed swimming pool, an adapted tree house, horseback riding ramps, and an adapted ropes challenge course. Other accessible features include a covered outdoor gymnasium, a fishing pond, and a lodge with a fireplace, ensuring that campers of all abilities can participate in traditional camp activities.

Camp Summit offers flexible programming, including weeklong sessions during spring break, summer, and fall, as well as weekend sessions and respite days during the spring and fall. This variety of options provides essential opportunities for both adventure and much-needed respite for families navigating special needs.
