Camp Twitch and Shout

Camp Twitch and Shout is a specialized one-week overnight camp designed specifically for children with a confirmed diagnosis of Tourette Syndrome. Held at Camp Twin Lakes Will-A-Way in Winder, Georgia, the program provides a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where campers can connect with peers who share similar neurodiverse experiences.

The camp's mission focuses on fostering personal growth through fun and engaging activities. The program is structured to help campers build essential life skills, including increased independence, self-esteem, resilience, and mindfulness. By providing a space where tics and symptoms are understood, the camp helps children celebrate their individuality and develop coping strategies in a community of support.

Operated by the Tourette Information Center & Support of Georgia, Inc., the camp brings together participants from across the United States and internationally. With a dedicated team of volunteers, the program ensures a high level of supervision and care, making it a unique summer opportunity for families navigating a Tourette Syndrome diagnosis.
