Camp Young Judaea

Camp Young Judaea (CYJ) is an ACA-accredited overnight camp located in the scenic Texas Hill Country. The camp offers a diverse range of activities including swimming in Cypress Creek, hiking, tennis, basketball, soccer, and a ropes course. The program is designed to help campers discover hidden talents and build confidence through structured outdoor exploration and social engagement.

As a Jewish-affiliated camp, CYJ provides a culturally rich environment where campers experience traditions like singing around the campfire and the spirit of Havdalah. The camp fosters a global community, bringing together children from across the Southwest, Mexico, and Israel, which provides a unique opportunity for social development and cross-cultural connection in a supportive setting.
