Camps Kenwood and Evergreen

Camps Kenwood and Evergreen provide a values-driven, overnight camp experience designed to help children explore new interests and build confidence. As a brother-sister camp, the program offers a unique balance: separate weekday activities for each camp to foster focused growth, paired with shared evening and weekend events that allow campers to develop healthy, age-appropriate social skills in a co-ed community setting.

The camp focuses on an individualized approach, developing a deep understanding of each child to provide an optimal summer experience. By prioritizing an "unplugged" environment, campers engage deeply in sports, arts, and adventure, which can be particularly beneficial for children who benefit from reduced digital stimulation and structured, hands-on learning. The staff acts as role models, helping campers navigate peer relationships and develop leadership skills.

Sessions are available for 6 and 7 weeks, with a specialized 3-week option for first-time campers ages 7-10. The camps share many facilities, such as the dining hall, and siblings in opposite camps have dedicated daily time to connect. Located in Wilmot, NH, this ACA-accredited program emphasizes a partnership with parents to ensure a supportive transition into the camp environment.
