City of Lauderhill Parks Summer Camp

City of Lauderhill Parks Summer Camp offers an 8-week summer program running from June 17th through August 9th, designed for children ages 5 to 12 (must have completed Kindergarten through 6th grade). The camp provides a structured daily environment with extended hours from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, making it a reliable option for families needing full-day care during the summer months.

The program features a comprehensive schedule of activities including open pool sessions, arts and crafts, sports, board games, and weekly field trips. These diverse activities are designed to engage children in social interaction and physical movement. While the camp does not provide meals, refrigerators and microwaves are available for campers to use with their brought lunches and snacks.

The primary site is located at Veterans Park in Lauderhill, FL, though other grant-funded sites may be available for Lauderhill residents who qualify for free/reduced lunch or meet specific income requirements. All program costs include a camp T-shirt and access to all scheduled activities. Please note that Pre-K students are not eligible for this program.
