Innova Fellows offers a unique 10-day entrepreneurial experience in the Greater Seattle area, designed to help bright young learners harness the power of innovation. Through a structured program focused on design thinking, marketing, and corporate finance, students work in small teams of six to tackle real-world business cases. This collaborative environment is ideal for students looking to develop executive functioning skills, such as planning, organization, and effective communication, within a supportive group setting.

The program emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and the development of an entrepreneurial mindset. Under the guidance of experienced educators and professional consultants, participants learn to navigate complex challenges, from creating a business plan to pitching to a panel of investors and executives. The curriculum is designed to build confidence and presentation skills, providing a rewarding and evolutionary experience for students of all backgrounds.
