OCA is a year-round day camp in Orlando, FL, specializing in social skills and motor development for children with Autism and ADHD.
OCA - A Special Place for Special Needs offers year-round day camp programs designed specifically for children and young adults with Autism, ADHD, Asperger's, and other developmental, cognitive, or learning disabilities. Operating out of their main campus in downtown Orlando and various other locations during school breaks, OCA provides a supportive environment for campers aged 3 to 21.
The camp is led by a highly qualified team of trained teachers, assistants, volunteers, and therapists who possess extensive experience working with neurodivergent populations. A unique feature of the OCA experience is the use of typical peers (CITs) who provide age-appropriate modeling to assist campers with social skills training, language development, and the improvement of both gross and fine motor movements.
OCA offers flexible session lengths ranging from one week up to eight weeks, with costs typically up to $300 per week. Whether your child is looking for summer fun or seasonal engagement during school breaks, OCA provides a specialized setting focused on growth, social connection, and skill development.
