All refunds are issued to your original payment method; we do not issue account credit. If you switch from annual to monthly billing at the same tier, your annual access continues through the period you have already paid for and monthly billing begins when it ends; nothing is charged or refunded at the time of the switch. Refunds outside the stated policy are at our sole discretion.

Nicole Imber, CCC-SLP, is a pediatric speech-language pathologist and feeding therapist based in New York, NY. Holding a Master's degree from Columbia University, she specializes in supporting children with a wide range of communication and feeding challenges. Her clinical expertise includes treating apraxia of speech, language delays, motor speech disorders, and fluency disorders such as stuttering, as well as articulation and phonological disorders.
